| Abstract: | Catalyzed cyclopropanations of alkenes with Bu3SnC(=N2)CO2R (R = Et, t-Bu) have been achieved in good yield with excellent diastereoselectivity to make stannyl cyclopropanes having two or three stereocenters, one of which is quaternary. |
