纵磁结构触头涡流的仿真分析

摘    要:电弧熄灭后,真空触头间隙中的剩磁是由触头结构中各部分的涡流所产生的,其中主要是触头片中的涡流。本文利用有限元法对1/2匝和1/3匝纵磁结构触头在大开距下的涡流特性进行了仿真研究,对比分析了触头结构、开距以及触头片开槽方式等对涡流、纵向磁场滞后时间的影响。

Abstract:After arc extinguished,remanence in the gap is induced by eddy current of parts of the contacts,especially the eddy current above contact slice.By applying finite element method,simulation and analysis of eddy current characteristic for the coil type of axial magnetic field contact structure with 1/2 coil and 1/3 coil under long break distance were implemented.The effect of the contact structure,gap distance and types of notching to eddy current,axial magnetic and lag time were contrasted and analyzed.
