摘    要:有源功率因数校正(Active Power Factor Correction,APFC)技术已在现代电力电子技术中得到广泛使用,其转换器工作在高频开关状态下,并且本身具有小型化,可承受一定范围内输入电压的变化和具有高功率因数等优点。当比例积分PI控制器的输出饱和时会出现失控,导致控制器的性能下降甚至不稳定。针对此现象,加入了抗饱和(Anti-Windup)PI调节器,可以解决输出需要很长时间达到稳定值的问题,提高系统的动态性能。并运用仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink,建立基于抗饱和积分的APFC仿真研究,实现了稳定输出电压400 V。通过对比,表明Anti-Windup PI调节器具有较好的控制性能。

Abstract:Active power factor correction(APFC)technology has been widely used in modern power electronics technology. Its converters work under high-frequency switching and are miniaturized. They can withstand changes in input voltage within a certain range and have high power Factors and other advantages. When the output of the proportional integral controller is saturated,it will lose control,causing the performance of the controller to decrease or even become unstable. In response to this phenomenon,an Anti-Windup PI regulator is added,which can solve the problem that the output takes a long time to reach a stable value and improve the dynamic performance of the system. And use the simulation software MATLAB/Simulink to establish APFC simulation research based on Anti-Windup integration,and realize a stable output voltage of 400 V. The comparison shows that the Anti-Windup PI regulator has better control performance.
