Abstract:This paper analyzes the internal heat loss process of 110 kV oil immersed power transformer,and calculates the temperature field of oil immersed power transformer based on finite volume method.Through the temperature field model of transformer,it studies and judges the distribution of winding hot spot and internal temperature field of oil immersed power transformer,which provides reference for operation and maintenance of transformer.The results show that under different ambient temperatures,the influence of operating conditions on transformer temperature field is different.The internal hot spot temperature and average temperature will increase with the increase of load rate and ambient temperature,but the hot spot location will not change basically.
