摘    要:公益广告的特性和我国当前公益广告的传播现状,决定了公益广告与构建和谐社会、推动社会发展之间的相互关系和作用;对公益广告综合环境现状及制约其传播、发展的因素的分析,认为应采取举全社会之力通力协作的对策,对我国公益广告事业的发展与促进和谐社会的精神文明建设具有积极的意义。

On the Comprehensive Environmental Factors of PSA

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of Public Service Ads(PSA) and combined with the current situation of the spread of it in China,this paper discusses the relationship and interaction between PSA and building a harmonious society and promoting social development.Through analyzing the comprehensive environmental status of PSA and the factors restricting its spread and development,the writer propose a solution of raising the power of the whole society and collaboration.It has a positive meaning on the development of PSA in China and the promotion of spiritual civilization in a harmonious society.
