| Abstract: | Epoxy(perfluoroalkyl)alkenes were synthesized in one step by reaction of perfluoroalkyl iodides with 2-(allyloxymethyl)oxirane and 2-(oct-7-en-1-yl)oxirane in the presence of sodium dithionite and 1,8-diazabicyclo5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) under mild conditions. |
