广西壮药材粪箕笃质量标准的研究

摘    要:目的建立和完善广西壮药粪箕笃药材的质量标准。方法根据《中国药典》2015年版第四部中药品标准研究方法首次对粪箕笃药材进行水分、灰分、酸不溶灰分、浸出物及重金属的检测,并采用高效液相色谱法对粪箕笃药材中千金藤啶碱成分进行鉴定。结果粪箕笃药材水分不高于16.10%,总灰分不高于13.90%,酸不溶性灰分不高于1.28%,浸出物不低于9.29%,粪箕笃药材不含有千金藤啶碱成分。结论该方法可作为制定和完善粪箕笃药材质量标准的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To construct the quality standards of Stephania longa Lour. from Zhuang medicine materials in Guangxi. Methods: The characters as moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, extract and heavy metal of S. longa Lour. were detected based on pharmaceutical standard in 2015 version. Stepholidine in S. longa Lour. was determined by HPLC. Results: S. longa''s Lour. moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash were not over 16.10%, 13.90% and 1.28% respectively, the extract was not less than 9.29%, and it had no Stepholidine. Conclusion: The results can be used as to develop and perfect the basis of S. longa Lour. quality standard.
