| 摘 要： | 根据气体激光器谐振腔的衍射理论和Ｚｅｒｎｉｋｅ多项式，导出了谐振腔光场振幅分布表达式。用数值分析的方法研究了在不同的相位扰动下，稳腔和非稳腔功率和模式分布曲线。

| Abstract: | Based on scalar diffraction theory and Zernike polynomials in gas laserresonator, the expression for light amplitude distribution of resonator is derived. Bynumerical analysis method,the power and mode distribution curves in stable and unstableresonators are obtained under different phase turbulences. |
