Quantum size effect in the electrical conductivity of Bi8Te7S5 |

| Abstract: | Oscillations in the ratio of the electrical conductivity of Bi8Te7S5 at 300°K to the conductivity at 77°K are investigated. These oscillations as well as contact potential data are explained by a model incorporating the quantum size effect. |
