摘    要:采用正交试验法,分析了前驱体球状银粉的制备及球磨工艺对最终片状银粉性能的影响。经优选得出的工艺参数组合是:硝酸银初始质量浓度为60g/L,水合联氨初始质量浓度为80g/L,ζ(十二烷基硫酸钠:硝酸银)为0.2%等。该工艺参数组合制备的片状银粉性能很好,比表面积达0.697m2/g,方阻为3.2mΩ/□。

Abstract:Applying orthogonal experiment method,the influence of processes of ball silver powder precursor and ball milling on the properties of final flake silver powder were analyzed. The optimal process parameter combine is the initial mass concentration of AgNO3 is 60 g/L,the initial mass concentration of N2H4·H2O is 80 g/L,ζ (C12H25SO4Na : AgNO3) is 0.2%,etc. The properties of flake silver powder are excellent processed by the optimal process parameter combine,the specific surface area is 0.697 m2/g,sheet resistance is 3.2mΩ/□.
