| Abstract: | An interactive computer procedure is described which determines (1)H--(1)H couplings from fitting the cross-peak multiplets in regular phase-sensitive COSY spectra. The robustness and simplicity of the method rely on the fact that a given cross-peak intensity is not an independent variable in the fitting procedure, making it possible to measure couplings accurately even from individual cross peaks with unresolved multiplet structure. |
