2.5MeV质子静电加速器加速电子束的改制

摘    要:描述了2.5MeV质子静电加速器改出电子束的一种改进方法.其聚焦系统由电子枪、浸没式短磁透镜和加速管组成;加速电子束用稳定加速器高压的装置被安装,高压稳定度为±1%;扫描窗宽度为400或600mm.电子束能量2.0—2.1MeV,电子束流强150μA.运行时间已超过3000小时.

Abstract:An improved method of accelerating electron in 2.5 MeV VAN DE GRAAFF is described. Its focus system consists of a electron gun, a magnetic immeision Jens and a accelerating tube. A new stable voltage device has been fixed. The width of the sweeping window is 400 or 600 mm. The high voltage stability is 1%. The general operation condition is as follows: the energy is 2-2.1 MeV and beam current is 150-180 A. The runnirg time of accelerating electron is over 3000 hours.
