摘    要:表面活性剂驱油是提高石油采收率最具潜力的技术之一。该技术成本昂贵的主要原因是地层岩石对表面活性剂的吸附而造成损失。使用牺牲剂来减少表面活性剂的吸附损失已有报道。本文研究了价格低廉的木素磺酸盐(LS)作为表面活性剂驱油牺牲剂的可行性。在同玉门油田表面活性剂体系配伍时,研究了改性 LS 的吸附特性,抗吸附损失作用及其对表面活性剂体系相行为的影响。结果表明,改性 LS 的吸附符合 Langmuir 方程;使用改性 LS 的水溶液对地层岩石进行预冲洗,可显著地减少表面活性剂的吸附损失(减少量>60%)。因为改性 LS 与阴离子表面活性剂有较好的协同作用,并可以提高其耐盐性。因此,改性 LS 作为表面活性剂驱油时的牺牲剂具有广阔的前景。


A STUDY OF LIGNOSULFONATE AS A SACRIFICIAL ADSORBATE IN SURFACTANT FLOODING
Abstract:One of the factors which affecting the cost of surfactant flooding is the large adsorption loss of surfactants.Many studies have been conducted on the utilization of sacrificial agents to reduce the surfac- tant loss.In this paper,the results of investigation of the feasibility of using abundant and cheap lignosulfonate as a sacrificial adsorbate in surfactant flooding is reported.In accordance of the surfactant flooding system of Yu Men oil field China.The adsorption characteristics,the sacrificial effect and the influence of this material on the flooding System's phase behaviour were investigated in the system containing modified lignosulfonate(LS).The results indicated that the adsorption isotherm of LS is consistent with the Langmuir-type adsorption iso- therm and the surfactant loss can be reduced significantly(more than 60%)by pretreatment of the adsorbing material with modified LS:the modified LS can improve the hydrophilicity of the microemulsion system,and has certain synergism with the anion surfactant;preci- pitated loss caused by divalent cations.Therefore,the modified LS has bright prospect as sacrifial agent in the surfactant flooding.
