| Abstract: | A comparison of the density and temperature of plasmas generated by imploding single-shell and double-shell liners has been performed. To confirn the high degree of radial compression of the inner shell of a double-shell liner, the mass of the plasma radiating from the K-shells of ions has been determined and compared with the initial mass of the inner shell.
