Abstract:	Conclusions The band in the 1270–1280 cm^–3 region, corresponding to the vibrations of the -C -N=bond in the grouping $---C---\begin{array}{*{20}c} N \\ \downarrow \\ O \\ \end{array} = N---$ , can be used to determine the presence of azoxy groups in polyazopolyarenes.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 11, pp. 2623–2625, November, 1970.
