| Abstract: | Due to the specificity of Gold finger applications, Corrosion-resistant of gold finger is required generally. The test standard of corrosion-resistant, plating hole, and passivator technology are discussed in this article, and through the experiment, corrosion-resistant of the metal coating on gold finger is improved successfully, and had been passed GR-1217-CORE test. |
