| 摘 要： | 本文在对电荷耦合器件图像传感器的原理特性进行分析的基础上，阐述了电荷耦合器件图像传感器在微光成像系统中的应用，重点讨论了使电荷耦合器件具有微光特性所采取的几种方式，并指出了应用当中应该注意的几个问题及解决的途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of CCD Image Sensor's principle and characteristic, the paper expounds the application of CCD irnage sensor to LLL imaging system, puts a strong emphasis on the methods which can make CCD have LLL characteristic, and indicates some problems in the application and some solutions. |
