| 摘 要： | 本文对安宁河谷温度及降水的分析,阐述了该流域常年气候的相关因子及其基本特征,对大气环流所产生的副热带高压对气温与降水的影响进行了剖析,讨论了异常降水的形成动因,提出了应对异常气候的对策。
