| Abstract: | This paper expounds the reconstruction and extension of the West No.1 Dam made in succession from Oct.1989 to May 1994,and at present the engineering of the channels and the buildings,which operate normally,satisfy basically the industrial and agricultural water consumption,and obtain better social and economic benefits. |
