摘    要:针对交流电牵引采煤机一台变频器拖动两台牵引电机方式存在的问题,设计了由三菱可编程序控制器、ABB公司的ACS811变频器、触摸屏组成的一拖一四象限运行的变频调速采煤机电控系统。该系统以可编程序控制器为核心,通过数据通信及软件编程实现对变频器的控制,从而完成采煤机运行中的两台牵引电机负荷分配、工作状态数据采集、运算、控制及显示功能。在实际使用中,该电控系统运行稳定,具有良好的可靠性。

Abstract:The shearer electric control system of transducer adjusting speed by one dragging one running in four quadrant is designed aimed at the problems occurred in one transducer dragging two hauling motors.The system is composed of MITSUBISHI PLC,ABB ACS811 transducer and touch screen.PLC is the core which controls the transducer by data communication and soft programming so as to complete load distributing of two hauling motors,data gathering of working state,operating,controlling and displaying.In the practice using,the electric control system operate stably and has well reliability.
