| 摘 要： | 为探讨提高腹股沟疝治疗水平，回顾性地总结了武汉钢铁(集团)公司职工总医院1999年6月至2002年6月101例腹股沟疝无张力修补术。经随访2—5年，术后无一例复发。结果表明，无张力疝修补术较传统的疝修补术术后疼痛轻，康复时间短，并可防止腹股沟疝复发。

| Abstract: | To better treat inguinal hernia,retrospection and summarization were made of 101 cases of tension-free hernioplasty with patch from June 1999 to June 2002. After operation, 91 of them were visited regularly from 2 to 5 years, and none of them reported a relapse.The result indicates that this technique has a great advantage over the traditional hernia repair procedure,which is characterized by less postoperative pain, quicker recovery, and lower or even effective prevention of recurrence. |
