摘    要:本文介绍了液力耦合器的工作原理和主要特性,详细分析了液力耦合器在风机水泵调速应用中的节能效果,并与变频调速进行了对比计算,给出了详实的数据,澄清了一些误区:同时也客观地比较了变频调速和液力耦合器调速的优缺点,供用户在选择节能方案时参考。

Abstract:The article introduces the working principle and main characteristics of hydraulic coupler, analyzes the energy-saving effect of hydraulic coupler in air machine water pump velocity modulated application, and calculation compared with VVVF, presented detailed data, clarified some misunderstanding. At the same time, compared the advantages and disadvantages in VVVF and velocity modulated hydraulic coupler, and provide consumer some reference in energy-saving project selection.
