摘    要:从新疆阿尔金山国家自然保护区阿牙克库木湖采集的泥样和水样中,分离培养了90株嗜盐菌,其中多数为中度和极端嗜盐菌,颜色以红色和白色为主,细胞形态多为杆状、球状,97%呈革兰氏阴性,研究结果表明该湖有着丰富的嗜盐微生物资源.对分离菌株进行了几种重要工业用酶的筛选,发现其中淀粉酶产生菌有4株,菌株AJ225和AJ243淀粉酶活性较高;蛋白酶产生菌有7株;脂肪酶生产菌有13株,菌株AJ238和AJ265具有较高的酶产量;在分离菌株中未检测到纤维素酶和木聚糖酶活性.

Abstract:Mud and water samples were obtained from Ayakekum Lake located in Altun Mountain National Reserve of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and ninety halopholie strains were isolated, Most of isolates were moderate ly or extremely Halophilic. The number of red and white colonies is greater than that of colonies with other col oures. The cells of the isolates were mostly rod or cocci shaped, and approximately 97% percent of the strains was Gram- negative. It was indicated that there are abundant resource of halophilic microorganism in Ayakekum Lake. Industrially important enzymes from these strains were screened subsequently. The result showed that four strains produce amylase, among which the strain AJ225 and strain AJ243 posses high enzyme productivity, Seven strains produced proteinase. Lipase is produced by thirteen strains, and two of them, strain AJ238 and AJ265, are high productive strains. Neither cellulase nor xylanase enzyme activity was detected among these strains.
