| Abstract: | Employing photodestructible surfactants in gelatin-based aqueous gels presents novel possibilities for controlling colloidal and aggregation properties of surfactant gelatin complexes. Light-triggered breakdown of the gelatin-bound photosurfactant aggregates causes dramatic changes in viscosity and aggregation. |
