摘    要:本文阐述了供水及光照对发莱呼吸作用、光合作用、固氮酶活性、叶绿素 a 含量和电解质外渗率的影响。发莱在风干状态时生理活性微弱,几乎测不到呼吸作用和固氮酶活性、供水吸胀后生命活动趋于旺盛,呼吸作用在常温下40min 内、光合作用和固氮酶活性在8h 内达到高峰。吸胀后的发莱置于暗中一天后,各项生理活性均大幅度下降。若给予光照,则下降速度减缓。浸泡会使发莱生理活性很快下降,并导致细胞膜损伤。

Abstract:The paper is about the effects of water-supplying and illumination on respi- ration,photosynthesis,cholorophyll a,activity of N-fixing enzyme and electrol- yte seeping rate of Nostoc flagelliforme.Dry algal mat has hardly any activities. After rewetting,it was in high activity.One day after rewetting in darkness, activities decreased rapidly,and if we give them light,the decrease becomes slower.Immersing the sample makes the activities decrease very quickly and dam- ages the cell membrane.
