水热合成钛酸铋纳米粉体的研究

摘    要:采用Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和TiCl4的混合物为前驱物,以KOH为矿化剂,在高压釜内经不同温度和时间的水热处理,获得了晶粒完整的Bi4Ti3O12粉体。借助XRD、SEM及TEM对Bi4Ti3O12的晶相组成、粒度、形貌进行了分析。研究结果表明:随水热温度的提高及时间的延长,晶体发育越完整,粒度越大;当温度为240℃,反应时间为4 h时,Bi4Ti3O12为短轴在30 nm左右,长轴大于100 nm的矩形片状晶体。

Abstract:Bismuth titanate nanopowders were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis from Bi(NO3)3.5H2O,TiCl4 and KOH solution.By means of XRD,TEM,SEM and IR,the crystal structure,morphology,crystallite of the prepared Bi4Ti3O12 powders were studied in details.The experimental result shows that perfect and larger bismuth titanate crystals would be obtained with the increasing temperature and reaction time,and bismuth titanate crystals synthesized hydrothermally at 240℃ for 4 h are rectangular flaky crystals possessing short axis of 30 nm and long axis of 100 nm.
