| 摘 要： | 法律英语作为考用公文语体的书面语,不仅大量地使用长句和被动句,而且在句型和时态使用方面大多采用陈述句、完整句、一般现时以及ｓｈａｌｌ、ｂｅ ｔｏ结构,从而形成了法律英语独特的句法特点。

| Abstract: | Legal English is a formal English, especially used as an official document form language. In legal English, long sentences, passive voice, declarative sentences, non-elliptical sentences, present tense and the structure such as"shall"and "be to"are usually used, thus forming the characteristics of the sentence structure in it. |
