微穿孔板消声器在大型厨房通风机上的应用研究

摘    要:本文探讨了微穿孔板吸声结构的吸声机理。在此基础上,针对大型厨房通风机噪声特性研制的微穿孔板消声器,克服了传统阻性消声器不能用于需要超洁净环境的缺点,取得了良好的消声效果,消声量大于18dB(A)。

Abstract:The sound absorption mechanism of microperforated panel structure is involved. On the basis of this mechanism, the microperforated panel silencers are developed to reduce the noise level in large scale kitchen fans. The conventional dissipative silencers can't be used in the situation where a spotless environment is required, but the microperforated panel silencers can overcome the disadvantage. With the application of the silencers, the overall noise level of the large scale kitchen fans is decreased by more than 18 dB(A).
