不同产地磁石炮制前后元素的溶出量分析

摘    要:利用吸收光度法测定三种不同产地磁石的生品和炮制品的水煎液中铁的含量,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定其余十四种元素的含量。结果表明,三种磁石中铁及微量元素的溶出量有明显差别;经煅淬后主成分铁及大部分微量元素的溶出量都有明显增加,而砷、铅的溶出量显著降低。磁 石中各种元素的溶出量与其产地和炮制有关。

Abstract:The content of Fe and 14 kinds of other elements in the decoction of processed and of unprocessed Cishi from different habitats was determined by absorption photometry and by ICP-AES respectively.The results showed that the dissolved content of Fe and trace elements changed with the habitats;the majority of elements in processed Cishi dissolved considerably more than in unprocessed one,but the dissolubility of As and Pb in processed samples decreased greatly.
