| 摘 要： | 近年来,学者们分别从能力内涵、能力构成、能力模型等方面对大学生就业能力进行了探讨,取得了一系列重要的研究成果,对推动就业能力的研究起到了积极的作用。但已有的研究也存在一些不足,体现在大学生就业能力定义缺乏统一性共识、大学生就业能力研究缺乏针对性创新、大学生就业能力机制缺乏长效性探索等方面。
