摘    要:添加23种不同的生化单因子及由其组合成的复合生化因子于种子培养液中进行摇瓶培养.甘氨酸等生化单因子对PenicilliumpatulumF-208孢子的萌发有促进作用,而以甘氨酸+L-组氨酸+L-赖氨酸+嘌呤+L-酪氨酸组成的复合因子的作用更为显著,孢子萌发率由原来的55.5%提高到93.5%.复合生化因子的添加对移种期蛋白酶和淀粉酶的酶活有一定的影响,而对发酵过程中的上述酶活性无明显影响.

Abstract:kinds of biochemical factors and several complex were added in spores media and cultivated spores by shaking. Many factors such as Gly could promote spores germination, and the complex G (Gly+ L- His+ L- Lys+ purine+ L- Tyr) which is the for one could increase the rate of spores germination from 55.5% to 93. 5%, and the complex factors could influence on the proteolytic and amylase abilities of innoculating time but little influenced on the two abilities during fermentation process.
