摘    要:介绍一个涵盖高分子化学、电合成与仪器分析等领域的基础实验。本实验基于e-ATRP原理,采用简便易得的电化学反应装置,在水溶液中微量合成温度响应高分子微凝胶,并使用紫外-可见分光光度计和动态光散射仪探究微凝胶的温度响应特性。本实验取材于广受关注且已有较多验证的研究前沿成果,允许拓展合成其他高分子,也可进一步尝试各种电化学技术,简便易行、绿色环保,有助于培养学生的学科交叉融合思维和环保意识,锻炼创新实践能力。

Abstract:This paper illustrates a laboratory training experiment covering polymer chemistry,electrosynthesis and instrumental analysis.In this experiment,the temperature-responsive microgel is synthesized following e-ATRP via electrochemically active polymerization on a commercialized electrochemical reaction device,and then temperature-responsive property of the microgels is characterized by using UV-Vis spectrophotometer and dynamic light-scattering.This experiment is based on the research of cutting-edge topics,allowing expanding to the synthesis of other polymers or using a variety of electrochemical technology,which is helpful to train the students’awareness of interdisciplinary integration thinking and environmental awareness,and to train the students’innovation ability.
