非对称半桥式开关电源的分析与设计

摘    要:非对称半桥电路拓扑采用脉冲宽度调制技术,具有易实现零电压开关的优点,可广泛应用于家用电器,汽车电子等领域中。文中首先介绍了非对称半桥电路的工作原理,接着对其进行了稳态分析,重点给出了一个非对称半桥式开关电源的设计过程。考虑到拓扑结构参数和零电压开关的影响,对电路的输出电压进行了修正。此外,谐振电感和死区时间是确保零电压开关实现的两个重要参数,文中给出了其实际的设计过程,并通过仿真证明了其实现的可行性。

Abstract:The topology of asymmetrical half bridge circuit uses the pulse width modulating technique, which can easily realize the ZVS. It's used in the widespread application of 150-500 watt power. It has the wide application scope in the domestic electric appliances and automobile electron. We introduce the principle of asymmetrical half bridge main circuit first, then we carry on the stable state analysis of the circuit, we lay emphasis on the design process of asymmetrical half bridge. A revised voltage transfer ratio of the converter is derived considering the influence of circuit parameters and the ZVS transition. Two circuit parameters responsible for maintaining the ZVS operation are the transformer leakage inductance and the interlock delay time. We give the actual design process and prove its realistic feasibility by simulation.
