With the adoption of mathematical statistics, it is considered in this article that the key factors influencing the machining quality of collector rings, with the design requirements as the prerequisite, are the solidification temperature and time of the epoxy resin, the cutting speed and the fore angle of the turning tool. The optimal process parameters are confirmed through experiments analysis, optimized selection and verification.
