摘    要:实验三通型分配器主管侧壁均匀分布8个直径为3.5 mm小孔,主管中的气液混合物不是直接进入侧支管,而是通过安装在主管外壁上的环室进入侧支管.在水平管空气一水实验台上进行了实验,发现与传统三通型分配器分配特性不同,液相会优先进入侧支管,从而侧支管干度小于主管.建立了相分离预测模型,认为对于环状流,液相主要来自于穿过小孔上方的液膜,而气相根据小孔两侧阻力进行分配.模型预测值与实验结果吻合得很好,最大误差为7.24%.

Abstract:The experimental distributor was composed of eight small holes with a diameter of 3.5 mm on the pipe wall and a ring casing mounted outside of these holes. The gas-liquid mixture from these holes will enter the side arm of the distributor. Experiments were carried out in a horizontal gas-liquid two-phase loop. The results show that the liquid preferentially goes through the side arm. In comparison, the gas is more easily diverted into the side arm for traditional T-junction. A model was developed to predict the phase separation phenomenon of horizontal air-water annular flow. The model was based on the assumption that the liquid film passing the small holes would be captured and flow through the side arm eventually and the gas is distributed according to pressure balance. The predictions of the model agree well with the experimental results.
