后注浆钻孔灌注桩在新填土地层的工程实例

摘    要:通过分析后注浆钻孔灌注桩的工艺特点,结合工程实例对该桩型的受力特性、单桩承载力等问题进行了探讨。工程结果表明,后注浆技术可以消除灌注桩的固有缺陷,适用于大范围的回填地层,可大幅度提高单桩承载力,因而扩大了钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术的适用范围,为钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术设计和施工提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Through analysis on characteristics of post-grouting bored pile process, the paper discussed force charac- teristics of the specific pile and the bearing capacity of a single pile on the basis of an engineering project. The project result indicated that post-grouting technology no only can eliminate the inherent defects of bored pile and be applied to a wide range of back fill course, but also improve the bearing capacity of a single pile, hence expands the application scope of post grouting technology. This study may offer a reference for the design and construction of post-grouting bored pile process.
