对厦门市实行政务公开制度的若干思考

行政事务公开简称政务公开 ,是当代发达资本主义国家以法律的形式普遍推行的一项制度 ,现在公众的了解权、知情权被作为基本权利予以保护的立法行为蔚然成风。正在融入世界的中国没有理由使自己的公共行政系统落后于时代 ,近年来也在政务公开领域进行了大胆而卓有成效的尝试。本文拟从政务公开的内涵出发 ,重点介绍了厦门市近来推行政务公开的做法及其效果 ;最后提出进一步强化和完善厦门市政务公开制度的若干思考

Contemplations on the Institution of Administration Prublicity in Xiamen

Publicity of administrative affairs is an institution by law commonly practiced by many developed countries whic contributes to the realization of the public right of comprehension and understanding.This article starts with the general theory of administration publicity in exploration of its connotation,characteristics and effeciency,and proceeds to introduce the effective practice of administration publicity in Xiamen,then ends with proposals on strengthening and perfecting the legal practice to make government affairs public in Xiamen.
