摘    要:1 INTRODUCTION The selective export of cargoes from the endore- ticulum is an evolutionarily conserved function cen- tral to cell development and proliferation. This ex- port is regulated by the Sar1 GTPase, a member of the Ras superfamily of small GTPases1~4].
