| 摘 要： | 界定了城乡边缘区的范围和涵义，指出了城乡边缘带的过渡性和动态性实质，探讨了城乡边缘带在城市系统中的主要功能，以武汉市洪山区为例，在对土地详查变更的基础上，分析了其土地利用的总体结构和地域结构，阐明了城乡边缘带土地利用的基本特征，探讨了城乡边缘带土地利用存在的问题及其对城市可持续发展的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper defines the scope and the connotation of the urban rural fringe and explains the transitional and dynamic essence of the urban rural fringe, then explores the main functions of urban rural fringe in the urban system. Based on the investigation to the land use condition of Hongshan District of Wuhan, the paper analyzes the whole structures and regional structure of land use in this district and expound the fundamental features and its existing problems in land use of urban rural fringe and its influence on the urban sustainable development. |
