Absolute configuration of vinerine and vineridine

Summary On the basis of an analysis of the circular dichroism and NMR spectra the absolute configuration 7R, 3R, 4S, 15S, 19S, 20S has been established for vinerine; 7S, 3R, 4S, 15S, 19S, 20S for vineridine; and 7S, 3S, 4R, 15S, 19S, 20S for N-acetylvinerine.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR.
