| 摘 要： | 在分析大学高等研究院现状的基础上,构建高等研究院的分类体系,将其分为基础理论型、技术应用与成果转化型、综合型、跨地区服务地方型4种类型.然后分析了高等研究院的影响,认为高等研究院可以提高科研产出的绩效,培养大学的市场意识,但也挑战着大学的管理体制机制,影响大学的科研产出,削弱高校对本地经济社会的贡献.

| Abstract: | This paper classifies research institutes into four types: type of basic theoretical research,type of technical application and achievement transformation,type of comprehensiveness,and type of area-crossing services.Based on these classified types,the influence of each type is studied,which comes to a conclusion that the research institutes can,on one hand,improve scientific research performance,and cultivate the awareness of maket.On the other hand,the research institutes also bring challenges to the current academic management mechanism,negatively influence the research fruit,weaken the contribution to the local social and economical development. |
