Abstract: | The temperature dependence of the additional electrical resistivity caused by the dislocations inserted into the metal has been measured on poly-and single copper, molybdenum and zinc specimens. In all the cases this dependence was found to have the shape of a step, the position of which on the temperature scale does not depend on the degree and type of deformation. The possibilities are discussed for such a dependence to be caused by the temperature variation of the scattering cross-section of electrons by dislocations either by joining of the non-elastic scattering on quasi-localphonon modes or by a change in the elastic part due to the filling of electron levels on dislocations. |
