纳米TiO2-Pt修饰电极的制备及电催化活性

摘    要:采用电化学合成前驱体直接水解法和电沉积法制备高活性纳米TiO2-Pt修饰电极,并使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对电极的表面形貌和结构进行了表征; 通过循环伏安法研究了纳米TiO2-Pt修饰电极在H2SO4溶液中的电化学行为以及对Mn2+氧化为Mn3+的电催化活性. 结果表明,纳米TiO2的晶粒大小约30 nm,修饰在纳米TiO2膜表面的Pt微粒呈现单分散状态,平均粒径约60 nm,纳米TiO2-Pt修饰电极的电化学性能优于纯Pt电极,对Mn2+的电氧化具有高催化活性,非均相无隔膜电解氧化Mn2+生成Mn3+平均电流效率可达86%.

Abstract:s The nanocrystalline TiO 2 -Pt modified titanium(Ti /nano-TiO 2 -Pt )electrode was prepared by elec-trosynthesis and direct hydrolysis and electrodeposited Pt on nanocrystalline TiO 2 film.SEM was used to character-ize the structure of Ti /nano-TiO 2 -Pt (Pt micro particle 60nm).Redox behaviors of the Ti /nano-TiO 2 -Pt elec-trode,as well as the electrocatalyt ic activity of the Ti /nano-TiO 2 -Pt electrode for Mn 2 oxydized to Mn 3 were in-vestigated by cyclic voltammetry an d bulk electrolysis.The results indicated that there was high electrocatalytic ac-tivity of the Ti /nano-TiO 2 -Pt electrode for Mn 2 oxydized to Mn 3 ;The electrocatalytic activity of t he Ti /nano-TiO 2 -Pt electrode was higher than Pt elec trode.In preparative electrolysis under heterogeneous optimal condi-tions,average current efficiency f or Mn 3 was 86%.
