| 摘 要： | 大型房地产投资项目在建设过程中存在着大量的风险，投资者在决策前必须对风险进行合理的评价。建立风险评价的神经网络模型，并将人工神经网络理论应用于风险评价中，是投资决策的重要研究内容。

| Abstract: | During the construct process of the large real estate project, there are lots of risks. Before making decision, the investor must make reasonable evaluation. A new method is put forward in this article , in which the artificial neural network(ANN)is applied into the risk evaluation model, and a artificial neural network model is constructed that may solve the deficiencies of the other methods. At last, this model is applied to the real case of a engineering project to evaluate its risk level. |
