| Abstract: | Possible symmetry patterns of disordered columnar phases associated with the continuous symmetry breaking of the Drd (pgg) phase are given. The results may be used to predict new mesophases which are as yet undiscovered and should be of aid in identifying unconfirmed phases. The universality classes of the possible transitions are also given. |
