摘    要:相对于黑白视觉的亮度对比度的探测特性,分析了人眼视觉对彩色条纹的探测特性.在分析前人研究和实验的基础上,根据色度学原理,研究了前人实验中所采用的红绿条纹和黄蓝条纹的亮度、主波长和色纯度变化.提出了用亮度对比度、主波长对比度和色纯度对比度描述人眼彩色对比度探测特性的概念,可初步定性解释部分前人的彩色视觉实验结果.为进一步评价彩色图像质量提供了一种可能的技术途径.

Abstract:In contrast to luminance contrast detection, the paper studies the characteristics of human chromatic contrast detection (contrast detection based on changes in chromatic distribution over space). Based on a detailed analysis of previous works, the paper utilizes fundamental colorimetry principle to analyse the luminance, dominant wavelength and colorimetric purity variance of the red green and yellow blue gratings. It then presents a new theory for color contrast detection, and indicates that the isoluminant contrast sensitivity function can similarly be described by the luminance contrast, dominant wavelength, and colorimetric purity. Thus some part of the chromatic vision experimental characteristics can be explained. Furthermore, this three chromatic contrast provides a possible way for color image evaluation.
