摘    要:叙述了L波段压控振荡源和谐振腔的结构和性能.振荡器的振荡频率可在0.9-1.07GHz范围变更,输出功率大于10mW.附有锯齿波产生器,能在扫频方式工作.样品腔为方柱裂缝腔,插入圆柱形样品时,频率改变较小.腔输入为磁耦合,改变线圈与腔之间的距离可以改变耦合度.

Abstract:The structure and the performance of L band VCO and the resonating cavity are described in this paper. Its osillating frequency can be tunned in the range of 0.9-1.07GHz, and its output power is more than 10mW. It can operate in scan frequency mode by using a sawtooth generator. The sample cavity is a square gap resonator. When a cylindrical sample is inserted into the cavity, the resonating frequency changes only a little. The microwave energy is fed to the cavity by magnetic coupling. While changing the distance between the coils and the cavity the coupling degree can be changed.
