Die Verschiebung der Absorptionsbanden des Cr2O3 durch Einbau in In2O3

The absorption spectrum of chromium oxyde as a solid solution in indium oxyde has been investigated. It consists of an absorption band with the peak at 11.5·10³ cm^?1 followed by a continuous absorption in the short wavelength region. From the experimental data conclusions are drawn how this spectrum should be interpreted.
