强磁场等离子体中电子的弛豫时间

摘    要:用考虑磁场对碰撞影响所得的几率分布动力学方程,研究了磁场高达10~8T,密度10~(26)—10~(27)cm~(-3),温度10keV情况下的电子弛豫过程,计算了弛豫时间,并与不考虑磁场对碰撞影响时的结果进行了比较。

Abstract:Two different relaxation times for electrons in a plasma are calculated using the kinetic equation with collision terms, with the influence of magnetic field included. Under the condition prevailing on the surface of white dwarfs and neutron stars, i. e., with magnetic fields as strong as 10sT and electron density of 1026-1027cm-3, and at a temperature of 10 keV, the results are compared with that obtained neglecting the influence of magnetic field. It is found that this effect increases the relaxation time considerably and can not be neglected in quantitative evaluations.
