摘    要: 通过微波辐射可以将CaO分散在NaY沸石上而形成强碱位,高温活化后其碱强度可达到H-=27.0,成为具有超强碱性的催化新材料.CaO/NaY具有耐水冲刷性,能克服通常负载型固体碱在水中易流失的弱点.

Abstract:CaO could be dispersed on the NaY zeolite to form strong basic sites on the host under the microwave irradiation. After activation at 873 K, some CaO/NaY composites were found to exhibit an extraordinaryly high base strength of H -=27 0, therefore they were expected to be novel superbasic catalytic materials. Owing to the especially low solubility of CaO in water, these CaO/NaY samples had a relatively high water stability, which would be beneficial for application of solid base catalysts in those catalytic processes involving water in the reactants or products. Unlike K 2CO 3/NaY, which exhibited a low water yield in the decomposition of 2 propanol, the CaO/NaY samples possessed higher activity for both dehydration and dehydrogenation of isopropanol, implying the existence of both acid and base sites on the samples, which might be useful for the reactions that need co operation of acid and base active centers.
